-Includes:
-Thoroughly cleaning air handler/furnace removing any dirt, dust, and debris from unit.
_Remove dirt from fan housing and electrical area.
_Check electrical parts and wring for any signs of burning or arcing.
-Inspect gas chambers and exhaust system to ensure no cracking or leaks to help prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
-Air Filter change.(filter not included.)
-Cleaning off necessary sensors for longevity of system.

Includes:
-Thoroughly cleaning outside condenser with pressure hose.
-Checking electrical parts and wiring for signs of arcing or burning.
-Air Filter change(Filter not included)
-Checking Freon Pressure
-Cleaning out coil draining system to prevent blockage
